Apparently it is mostly young people who download mp3s for their ipods, etc. and I’ve read that they do not pay for it unless they can’t find it for free. My music is generally not commercial at all. Modern and experimental jazz, contemporary classical music, some meditative music. What about the idea of posting the music as a free mp3 download, but giving a paypal button option of making a voluntary donation? Do you think that might work?
